Manuel Romero is a professional specialized in financial and management control. Manuel has been part of multinational companies and holdings, specializing in business development, M&A and corporate finance.

Manuel began his career occupying different managerial positions related to controlling, procurement and strategic planning at L'Oreal, Hilton and Grupo Rhuo.

After completing his MBA, he founded Toto-Consulting, a platform that provides professional services to assist companies in their fundraising, development, and expansion. In the last decade, he has worked alongside the management of the companies he advises, assisting their financial teams and creating the necessary structures to achieve short and medium-term objectives. He has led the M&A processes of more than 5 companies and collaborated with more than 20 organizations with their business development to create economic value.

In parallel, Manuel dedicates part of his time to collaborate in humanitarian projects with different NGOs around the world.

Manuel is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School.
