Lucas Stuart Milne has more than 10 years providing valuation, business modelling, M&A advisory & other financial services to more than 25 multinational and regional companies.

Over the last decade, Lucas has worked for Advisory & PE firms screening, developing, implementing & monitoring investing opportunities across the region. He started as an analyst in Toolbox, a regional financial advisory firm, where he worked with local and regional companies analysing and executing transactions.

Later, he worked as a senior consultant at E&Y, in the corporate finance division in Argentina. At E&Y he provided a wide range of services to multinational companies. Lucas’ responsibilities covered end-to-end management of M&A processes, including valuations, elaboration of transactional documents (business plans, tearsheets, etc), preparation and monitoring of data rooms and coordination of financial and operational due diligence.

Lucas graduated in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés and holds an MBA from IAE Business School, Argentina.
